Job Profile:

• Provide first-level support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools (L1support)
• Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
• Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.

Candidates should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.

Essential Requirements :

• Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.
• Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.
