Planning & Architecture : B.Arch, preference to Post Graduate with experience in preperation of Architectural Drawings, Concept plan, Perspective Plan, Detailing etc. with familiarity in AutoCAD.
Civil Engineering : BE/ B.Tech. (Civil), preference to Post Graduate with experience either in Planning, Design with familiarity in STADPRO, STRUDDS or in Estimation, Tendering, Project Supervision etc.
Electrical Engineering : BE/ B.Tech. (Electrical), preference to Post Graduate with experience either in Layout Planning, Design, Drawing, Estimate, Project Supervision etc.
Leather Technologist : BE/ B.Tech. (Leather) with experience in industry/ organising training programmes in leather goods/ footwear sector.
Project Promotion/ Market Research/ Management Studies : BE/ B.Tech. (Mech./ Elec./ Chem.) or M.Sc./ MA (Econ./ Stat.) with MBA (Fin./Mktg.) having experience in Market research, Viability Studies, Project report preparation etc.
Training and Micro Enterprise Development : Gradaute (Hons.)/ Engineer/ Post Graduate with experience in organising Enterprenurship/ Skill Development Training Programmes and extending follow-up support services for setting up micro & small enterprises.

Sr. Engineer/ Consultant : Rs.18000-20000 pm , Experiene : 8-12 years
Engineer/ Consultant : Rs.15000-17000 pm, Experience : 5-8 years
Project Officer : Rs.10000-12000 pm, Experience : 3-5 years
Jr. Officer : Rs.8000-10000 pm, Experience : 1-2 years
