The eligibility criteria is as follows:
Management Trainees, Age : 18-27 years, Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/Agriculture/ Management from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks. The SC/ST candidates will be given relaxation of 5% in minimum required marks. Proficiency in Computer Operations and knowledge is essential, Remuneration : Rs.10000/- per month in the first year and Rs.12000/- in the second year. Will e absorbed as Officers in Grade/Scale-I.
